The US semiconductor stocks are going crazy. Last night, I took a look at last week's data, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index (SOXX) has been up for 18 consecutive days, setting a new record. However, among the M7 (Magnificent Seven), only Amazon hit a new all-time high, while Microsoft and Tesla are still down YTD this year. Next week, five of the M7 are set to report earnings, plus what could be Fed Chair Powell's last FOMC meeting of his term. I’m guessing it’s going to be another volatile trading week.
