[Vitalik Proposes Using Personal LLMs to Enhance Decentralized Governance Efficiency]
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin published an article proposing several ideas for leveraging AI and personal LLMs (Large Language Models) to optimize democracy and decentralized governance. He believes that 'AI directly governing' is dystopian, but suggests mechanisms such as personal governance agents, public dialogue participation agents, and AI-assisted recommendation/prediction markets to address issues like the lack of human attention and expertise in governance systems like DAOs. Vitalik also proposed introducing technologies such as multi-party secure computation, TEE (Trusted Execution Environment), or cryptographic circuits in decentralized decision-making scenarios involving confidential information, allowing personal LLMs to participate in judgment within a 'black box.' He further emphasized the need to strengthen participant anonymity and content privacy protection using zero-knowledge proofs and multi-party privacy computation tools.
