I'm sure this has been discussed on here. But can someone explain to me like i'm 5 years old why so many issuers keep filing for 3x and 4x levered ETFs? The SEC keeps shooting them down. What am i missing? Is there some loophole that lawyers have been probing for months? (James Seyffart)
