In the month of February, the US Government collected $313 Billion. They spent $621 Billion. The budget deficit was $307 billion, which was borrowed and added to the national debt. That was only for the month of February. 🤨 Also, we have spent $519 billion on interest payments for the national debt in the first 5 months of the fiscal year (Oct 2025 thru Feb 2026) And Congress still refuses to cut any spending.
