USDC issuance on Base is starting to move at a different pace. Base added $94.8M of net USDC since October 1, with the latest $38M accounting for roughly 40% of the entire increase. After a brief slowdown, issuance accelerated sharply into October 5. The question is whether this is a one-day spike or the start of a higher issuance range.
