This morning, I met with Minister Robert Morgan, Permanent Secretary Williams and delegation from the Ministry of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development, representatives from the World Bank, and the British Deputy High Commissioner to Jamaica to discuss the development of the One Road Authority. This initiative represents a key step toward strengthening road governance, improving coordination, and advancing more sustainable rehabilitation and infrastructure management across Jamaica.(Andrew Holness)
