Losing weight, you know, one part is about starving yourself, but more importantly, it’s about having a regular and healthy diet. Some people say 'control your mouth, move your legs,' but for me, just controlling my mouth is enough to lose weight. I remember at the beginning of the year, I weighed 220 pounds. After half a year of trying all sorts of things, I got down to 180 pounds at my lowest. Then, after being hospitalized, I bounced back to 200 pounds. Now, I’ve pretty much stabilized around this range. In the next 6 months to a year, my goal is to lose 40-60 pounds and maintain that range. As for why I’m so determined to lose weight, I’ve gotten used to the fat on my body. But when I had a colonoscopy, I saw that my intestines looked like pig intestines—super thick. Honestly, it was so disgusting . Plus, the doctor told me I can’t eat too much anymore. If I don’t lose weight, I’m at high risk of intestinal blockage. I remembered when I was in the hospital, there was an older lady next to me who had her large intestine cut open, and she had to poop through a stoma. I never dared to overeat again after that. If you want to ruin someone, just take them out to eat nonstop for 6 months—BBQ, hot pot, fried skewers, lobster, all kinds of street food. They’ll end up with colorectal cancer or some other disease.
