Another good arb for smaller portfolios: PRL funding has been ridiculously high since the perp was listed on Lighter 3 days ago. In fact, the cumulative funding earned in these ~4 days is 6.5% (someone annualize that). The perp price has also traded a couple percent above the spot price on Safetrade most of the time. This is obviously quite capital constrained and you need to somewhat babysit this to make sure you don't blow up on the perp in case it wicks up (or vibecode some good alerting/automatic risk management). So many things happening in crypto these days so haven't been bothered to do it myself (and preparing for Token next week). But probably doable with $100k notional on each leg if not more.
