[Lithium Carbonate Futures Contract Adjustment, Saudi Aramco Halts Crude Oil Supply Due to Pipeline Attack] Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 21, according to Jintou Data, the Guangzhou Futures Exchange announced an adjustment to the minimum order quantity for opening positions in lithium carbonate futures contracts to 2 lots. Saudi Aramco has informed at least two European refinery clients that, due to an attack on a critical oil pipeline leading to the Red Sea, it will not supply any crude oil quotas next month. Domestically, the National Energy Administration and two other departments issued a notice outlining multiple measures to accelerate the stabilization and supply of coal production, aiming to promote a steady recovery in output. Zhenyang Development plans to temporarily halt operations at its 300,000-ton annual production facility for vinyl-based new materials. China Grain Reserves Corporation (Sinograin) will conduct a bidding transaction for 543,000 tons of imported soybeans on September 22. Meanwhile, Malaysia's palm oil exports for the first 20 days of September fell by 12.8% month-on-month to 714,000 tons.
