Good evening, brothers! From the end of the Fed rate hike meeting to yesterday, we've seen several consecutive days of gains. This daily-level uptrend is pretty much wrapping up. Judging purely from the charts, there's a need for a pullback. As for how far it will pull back, just wait for the support levels below. Personally, I haven’t exited my spot positions or longs yet, but deep down, I’m hoping for a pullback. That way, the brothers who got shaken out and sold too early in the past few days can hop back in. As for how the market makers will play tonight, don’t overthink it—just set light orders at the support and resistance levels in batches!
Today, after the big dip in the morning, the market has been consolidating at a small-scale bottom. Don’t bother guessing whether it’ll go up or down tonight. Just keep an eye on this consolidation zone. If it breaks out strongly above the top and doesn’t pull back, then this downtrend is over, and we’ll head back up again, targeting the previous high near yesterday’s level. For those who like shorting, wait for the resistance level above and take light short positions. Only if it strongly breaks below the previous low of the consolidation zone and fails to recover within 1-2 hours will we see the third wave of continuation downtrend on the smaller timeframes. At that point, you can take light long positions at the support levels below.
It’s Sunday night, so we should see some movement overnight. Just refer to the levels I shared in the midday analysis for tonight. Old Zhang’s off to work hard and make money to buy the iPhone 18!
