Nation's First Ocean Token Factory Established in Qingdao

On September 17, at the "Exploring the Deep Sea—Value Transformation of Future Ocean Industries" parallel forum during the 2026 Ocean Cooperation Development Forum, the nation's first dedicated intelligent element supply platform for the ocean industry—Ocean Token Factory—was officially launched and established in Qingdao. According to reports, the overall architecture of the Ocean Token Factory consists of three components: data, computing power, and algorithms. In terms of data, the platform can provide over 130 types of ocean-related data, such as offshore operation standards and marine environmental factors, building a dedicated database tailored to frontline oceanic needs. Regarding computing power, a marine computing resource pool with a total capacity exceeding 800P has been formed and is continuously expanding. On the algorithm side, the platform integrates over 20 specialized large models in the marine field, such as "Guanhai" and "Haixing," as well as more than 30 general-purpose models, including the "Jiutian" large model. According to the plan, the Ocean Token Factory will be deeply integrated into practical scenarios such as deep-sea oil and gas exploration, serving the needs of leading enterprises in the industry.
