Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 16, according to Cointelegraph, cryptocurrency exchange Binance officially launched its ETF Wealth Management service on September 15. As a key component of Binance Earn, the service initially includes 11 U.S.-listed ETFs, aiming to provide eligible clients with a direct pathway to participate in traditional financial markets (TradFi).
These newly added ETFs primarily focus on fixed-income assets, with an emphasis on short-term U.S. Treasurys and investment-grade bonds. Binance categorizes these financial products into three segments based on investment duration: cash management, stable income, and enhanced income, catering to asset allocation needs ranging from less than six months to over a year.
In terms of operational mechanics, users can browse and place orders through the platform interface, with trading instructions routed via Nest Trading and executed and custodied by Alpaca Securities. The platform emphasizes that investors are purchasing actual ETF shares rather than tokenized stocks, allowing them to directly benefit from asset price appreciation and cash dividends.
