[Moonrock Founder: Even if Clarity is rejected, the SEC will introduce similarly favorable policies] Odaily Planet Daily reports that Simon Dedic, founder of Moonrock Capital, posted on X: 'The Senate vote on the Clarity Act is expected to take place in about 10 hours. Democrats have already verbally rejected the Republican-drafted bill under the pretext of so-called "ethics concerns" (eThIcS cOncErnS). Prediction odds on Polymarket have collapsed, and the market has fully priced in the expectation of failure. However, regardless of the outcome, I am very much looking forward to this vote. It means we can finally turn the page and shift our focus to much more important matters. If the bill fails to pass, we will instead receive equally strong pro-crypto regulatory policies from the SEC. And if even that doesn't happen, then the responsibility for watching the U.S. surrender its leadership in cutting-edge financial fields, allowing the most dynamic companies to relocate offshore, will fall squarely on the Democrats. Politics may be frustrating, but the U.S. isn't foolish enough to let such a scenario unfold. Therefore, what is meant to come will come, and we will ultimately prevail.'
