[DeFi Development Increases SOL Reserves to 2,388,900 and Establishes $300 Million CHAD ATM Program]
According to Globenewswire, DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV) announced an increase of 55,491 SOL in its reserves, bringing the total to approximately 2,388,900 SOL and SOL equivalents, reflecting a growth of about 2% compared to August 27, 2026. The company has also established an at-the-market offering program with a maximum scale of $300 million for its Series C perpetual preferred stock, CHAD, with an expected issuance price not lower than the par value of $10 per share. Net proceeds will primarily be used to increase SOL holdings.
So far this quarter, SOL has outperformed the Nasdaq 100 Index by 39%, while DFDV's performance during the same period has been double that of SOL. CEO Joseph Onorati stated that the program provides the company with the structure to expand CHAD into a new growth engine, with the issuance price set to be no less than the par value of $10.
