[CoolCash (小易支付) Operating Entity Involved in Prince Group Case, License Revoked by National Bank of Cambodia] According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on September 14, the Khmer Times reported that the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) issued a notice revoking the payment license of CoolCash (小易支付) operating entity Tian Xu International Technology Plc. This license was originally issued on May 27, 2024, and was valid until 2030. Records show that in March of this year, Tian Xu International Technology and its director Pang Weizhi were placed on the UK government's sanctions list. Pang Weizhi also serves as a director of the parent company of WOWNOW (大象外卖). The UK authorities allege that he is associated with the Prince Group and is suspected of providing financial, monetary, material, and technical support to the group.
