On August 12, the total holdings of the U.S. bitcoin:native spot ETF dropped to 1,221,798.25 BTC, with a net outflow of 1,134.15 BTC on the day. Just on August 11, there was a slight net inflow of 46.14 BTC, but the very next day, funds shifted back to outflows, indicating a noticeable difference in BTC ETF fund performance this week compared to last week. However, over the past 7 trading days, there has still been a cumulative net inflow of 7,489.39 BTC. The main reason is the strong buying pressure observed from August 4 to August 7, so the fund advantage built up last week hasn’t been completely depleted yet. So, the situation with BTC is pretty clear: last week saw continuous strong net inflows, but this week has already cooled off significantly for three consecutive trading days. The 7-day and August cumulative figures are still positive, but if net outflows of over 1,000 BTC continue, the fund advantage established last week will be consumed more and more quickly. @Gate Crypto, U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, Korean stocks, gold, CFDs, prediction markets—all-in-one trading platform.
