[Brazil's Largest Bitcoin Holding Company OranjeBTC Plans to Launch DIGY11 ETF, Allocating 95% to Strategy Preferred Shares STRC] According to TechFlow News on August 13, as reported by CoinDesk, Brazil's largest Bitcoin holding company OranjeBTC (holding 3,950 BTC, valued at approximately $250 million) plans to launch a monthly dividend ETF—DIGY11. Initially, 95% of the portfolio will be allocated to Strategy (MSTR) preferred shares STRC (current yield 12.5%), with the remaining 5% allocated to a similar product SATA (yield 13.1%) under Strive (ASST). The fund is set to be listed on Brazil's B3 exchange, denominated in Brazilian reais, with an expected annualized distribution yield of approximately Brazil's interbank deposit rate (CDI, currently 14.15%) plus 3-5 percentage points (after deducting a 1.30% management fee). The fund will hedge against USD exchange rate risks through one-month forward forex contracts. OranjeBTC expects DIGY11 to begin trading in early September, though the exact listing date has not yet been determined.
