Volta Infra Holdings Completes $300 Million Financing, Signs $10 Billion Contract

According to Bloomberg, AI cloud infrastructure company Volta Infra Holdings has completed $300 million in financing, achieving a valuation of $2.4 billion. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Altimeter Capital, with participation from NVIDIA and Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell. Volta Infra Holdings has secured support from a $5 billion customer financing pool and partnered with Bitdeer to sign a six-year cloud computing service contract worth $10 billion. Volta Infra Holdings, founded by Ricard Boada and Sofia Gumuzio, has locked in 1 gigawatt of power resources and plans to develop new sites in Texas and Wyoming.
