HertzFlow has an interesting detail worth mentioning: the referral code can be changed, but past records won’t be recalculated. According to the current testnet rules, users can modify their Referral Code at any time after binding it, but the new code will only affect qualified transactions moving forward.
Previous fee discounts, rebates, and stats will remain unchanged and won’t be redistributed due to the code change. This design is actually quite reasonable—users can adjust their future choices, but historical records can’t be altered arbitrarily.
@Hertzflow_xyz applies a similar approach to its liquidity pools. Each market corresponds to an independent pool, so depositing into a specific market means primarily taking on the counterparty risk of that market. The Vault simply combines multiple pools without mixing all risks into one pot.
For regular users, there’s no need to rush into doing everything—trading, LP, Vault, and referrals—all at once. Start with small amounts to test the process, understand the fees, share changes, and exit restrictions, then decide which role suits you best. Having many entry points doesn’t necessarily mean more opportunities; only by truly understanding the rules does participation become meaningful.
