Thanks to @Mercy_okx for the invitation, I’ve officially joined OKX Planet. Unlike before, when Binance Square was just treated as an auxiliary channel and my focus was always on Twitter, I might start seriously managing both OKX Planet and Binance Square moving forward. 1) Twitter used to be the default hub for crypto professionals to share information, but now it’s been fragmented by AI tech trends, the U.S. stock market ecosystem, and diverse content like traffic-driven ads and revenue-sharing posts. The attention is scattered, and the overall content ecosystem is no longer pure. In comparison, pure crypto content—especially topics like trading, on-chain innovation hotspots, in-depth project research, and macro liquidity analysis—is increasingly hard to get meaningful feedback and resonance on Twitter. 2) Vertical platforms like OKX Planet and Binance Square, at least for now, still have a clear sense of boundaries. Although there’s more talk about U.S. stocks here too, discussions and topics are more likely to return to the assets themselves. Especially for popular projects and token-related content, the feedback tends to be better. As the next crypto cycle returns, trending tokens, technical topics, and emerging trends will likely find better traction and dissemination in these vertical environments. Of course, it’s hard to completely replace Twitter in the short term, but maintaining these platforms as a more focused crypto environment is definitely necessary. Note: If you want to check out my insights on macro trends, market analysis, and token research, you can search for Haotian on OKX Planet.
