According to reports, Samsung has begun mass production of its 10th-generation V-NAND (V10) and is supplying it to NVIDIA, while also increasing the production capacity of its 9th-generation V-NAND (V9) and advancing the development of its 11th-generation 500-layer V-NAND (V11).
