[Oracle Faces Downgrade by S&P, Credit Rating Just One Step Away from 'Junk'] Golden Finance reported that on Thursday, July 10, Eastern Time, S&P Global downgraded Oracle's long-term issuer credit rating from 'BBB' to 'BBB-', just one notch above speculative (junk) grade.
