Lately, I’ve been joining a lot of meetings with the product team, learning about the way product people think and approach things. Actually, behind every detail and every small point that gets mentioned, there are countless discussions and meetings. Take the recent homepage redesign, for example: Combining high-frequency actions like asset display, Swap, and perpetual contracts into one place. What seems like a simple “one-click access” involved the product team repeatedly testing user workflows—figuring out which feature should be placed in the most convenient spot. Even the drag-and-drop customization feature went through several iterations of interaction design before it was finalized. Of course, the goal is to keep improving and iterating quickly, so we totally understand how much product teams value honest user feedback.
