According to @Sea_Bitcoin, Binance has started rolling out the grayscale transfer feature for U.S. stock assets. Some users can transfer U.S. stock assets held with other brokers into Binance, and also transfer U.S. stock assets from their Binance accounts to other brokers. This feature is not fully available yet.
