Deutsche Bank raises its forecast for US bond yields
Golden Finance reported that on June 30, the interest rate strategist of Deutsche Bank revised the year-end forecast for the yield of two-year and 10-year US treasury bond bonds. Their latest forecast shows that the two-year US Treasury yield will reach 4.30% by the end of the year, which is 35 basis points higher than the previously set forecast. They also raised their forecast for the 10-year US Treasury yield to 4.80%, an increase of 10 basis points from the previous forecast. This revision reflects the latest outlook of Deutsche Bank economists that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates twice this year, each by 25 basis points.
