At the @RUSI_org Land Warfare Conference, I discussed Ukraine's systemic approach to countering threats, optimizing defense management, and scaling unmanned systems. Modern warfare requires constant adaptation and data-driven solutions. To ensure long-term resilience, we are focusing on key priorities with our partners: securing air defense interceptors via the PURL mechanism, co-funding domestic drone and missile production to unlock industrial capacity, and acquiring extended-range munitions.
