OKX has hundreds of former employees from BN, including the regional CEO, product leads, tech leads, and many outstanding business and functional colleagues. They’ve brought valuable experience, perspectives, and contributions to OKX, playing a significant role in the company’s growth. More importantly, they’ve deeply integrated with the OKX team, becoming part of OKX’s culture and success. We’ve never used this as a marketing gimmick to hype ourselves.
Similarly, over the years, many excellent OKX colleagues have joined other companies in the industry. Including Yuki, we’re proud that they’ve earned recognition and appreciation from competitors, and we sincerely wish them success in their future endeavors.
Talent mobility within the industry is normal and a sign of maturity. What truly matters isn’t where someone comes from, but whether they can continuously create value. Of course, for the very few cases involving violations of law, business integrity, or professional ethics, we will take firm action and protect the company’s legal rights in accordance with the law.
A company that constantly talks about "vision" but whose founder writes a book just to heavily criticize former employees like the ex-CFO and ex-Asia lead is often the one that truly lacks vision.
