Strategy shareholders approve amendments to STRC terms, changing the dividend distribution frequency from once a month to twice a month. The new mechanism will be implemented by the end of June, with record dates adjusted to the 15th and the end of each month. The first semi-monthly dividend is expected to be distributed on July 15. Strategy CEO Phong Le stated that this move aims to enhance STRC liquidity, stabilize prices, and strengthen investors' reinvestment capabilities.
