Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the authenticity and security of any external links, websites, communications, wallet addresses, or redemption instructions before taking any action. HTX shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, phishing incident, cybersecurity incident, unauthorized transaction, disclosure of personal information, wallet compromise, delayed delivery, defective product, or any other dispute, claim, or damages arising from or related to users’ interaction with any third-party website, platform, wallet, product, or service. Anti-Fraud HTX reserves the right to disqualify any user found engaging in fraudulent activity, wash trading, multi-accounting, bot usage, or any other behavior that violates HTX's Terms of Service, and to withhold or revoke redemption codes accordingly. 9.
