Today in Tirana, together with the President of Lithuania, @GitanasNauseda, we expressed our shared commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and translating them into concrete and tangible cooperation for the citizens of our two countries. President Nausėda assured me of Lithuania’s full support for Albania’s EU accession process and for the enlargement of the EU to include the countries of the Western Balkans during Lithuania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2027. We also reaffirmed that Albania and Lithuania, as two NATO member states, share the same vision for Euro-Atlantic security and will continue to contribute to peace, security, and stability. 🇦🇱🇱🇹(Bajram Begaj)
