[Sources: OPEC+ to Increase Production by Approximately 188,000 Barrels/Day in July] Odaily Planet Daily News – Three sources have stated that OPEC+ oil-producing countries are likely to agree to further increase crude oil production quotas in July during their meeting on Sunday. However, the Iran conflict has so far caused some countries to fail to meet previous production increase targets. If production quotas are raised again, it would indicate that the organization is gradually resuming normal operations, despite disruptions caused by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and the unexpected withdrawal of the UAE in May. According to sources, OPEC+ is expected to increase production by approximately 188,000 barrels/day in July, the same increase as agreed upon in June, after the production increase was adjusted down from 206,000 barrels/day due to the UAE's withdrawal.
