CoinList launches on chain capital market infrastructure Passage According to Golden Finance, on May 14th, CoinList announced the launch of Passage, positioned as the "access layer" of the on chain capital market, aimed at providing compliant distribution, fund access, allocation, and infrastructure support for tokenized assets. CoinList states that as tokenized stocks, funds, income products, and Pre IPO assets gradually migrate to the blockchain, there are still issues of fragmented issuers, chains, and compliance rules in the current market, and "asset tokenization does not equal effective distribution". Passage will connect issuers, platforms, and investors to help tokenized assets achieve large-scale on chain circulation. It is reported that Passage is built on the existing infrastructure of CoinList. CoinList claims that since 2017, its platform has covered over 160 countries and has cumulatively distributed over $1.2 billion in assets.
