Reportedly, starting in 2024, OpenAI has integrated C2PA metadata into its DALL·E 3 image generation tool to identify the sources of AI-generated content. Moving forward, OpenAI will continue to improve content tagging and detection technologies, as well as launch public verification tools to help users determine whether images contain source signals related to OpenAI-generated content.
