Circle Releases Arc White Paper, Mainnet Expected to Launch This Summer

Foresight News reports that Circle has released the Arc blockchain white paper. According to the white paper, the Arc mainnet is expected to launch in the summer of 2026, with the testnet starting in October 2025. As of May 5, it has processed 244.1 million transactions. Arc is positioned as an institutional-focused public chain, compatible with EVM, natively integrated with USDC, supporting sub-second settlement and configurable privacy features. Cross-chain transfers are completed via Circle's CCTP.
