13 years old, made $50K by launching tokens, got doxxed by the entire internet Remember Quant Kid? 1/ Launching tokens → Shilling → Dumping November 2024 A kid with the online alias Quant Kid launched a token through Pumpfun. He went live to shill his token, QUANT, attracting a ton of viewers. The price skyrocketed by 260%, but he dumped everything right after, crashing the market. He made about $30K in profit. 2/ Community CTO The traders who got rugged weren’t having it. They launched a community takeover and turned the story of "getting rugged by a 13-year-old" into a new narrative. They pushed QUANT’s market cap to $90M. What’s crazier? The kid got doxxed by the entire internet—his name, family, and school were all exposed. 3/ Serial token launches Most people would’ve backed off at this point. But this kid doubled down. He used the attention to launch more tokens like SORRY, LUCY, and CABAL, continuing to rug-pull. In the end, he made around $52K in total profits. From Quant Kid’s perspective, every boundary he crossed was rewarded with positive feedback. The system was literally paying him real money to keep going. In a system with no constraints, the most rational strategy is often the most unethical one. When even a 13-year-old can figure this out, the countdown for the system’s collapse has already begun. Sure enough, after that, the bubble burst, and the bear market arrived right on schedule.
