[U.S. Intelligence Claims Iran Can Sustain Under Trump’s Blockade for At Least Three to Four Months]
According to *The Washington Post*, four informed sources revealed that a classified analysis by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) this week concluded that Iran could sustain itself under a U.S. maritime blockade for at least three to four months before facing more severe economic difficulties. The analysis also assessed that, despite weeks of intense U.S.-Israeli bombardment, Iran still retains a significant ballistic missile capability.
An American official stated that Iran currently retains approximately 75% of its pre-war stockpile of mobile launch platforms and about 70% of its missile reserves. The official added that there is evidence indicating the Iranian regime has been able to restore and reactivate nearly all of its underground storage facilities, repair some damaged missiles, and even assemble a few new missiles that were near completion when the war broke out.
Another U.S. official expressed the belief that Iran’s ability to endure prolonged economic hardship might even surpass the CIA’s assessment.
