Golden Finance reported on April 18, citing NewsNation, that U.S. President Trump stated if actions to acquire Iran's "nuclear dust" are taken after signing an agreement, he would not consider it as "deploying ground troops." When asked whether the U.S. would need to send ground troops to obtain all of Iran's "nuclear dust," Trump said the U.S. would cooperate with Iran to "receive" these nuclear materials. Trump emphasized that he would not call it "ground troops" because "we will receive it after the agreement is signed." He explained, "There is a big difference between before and after signing the agreement. This is the distinction between before and after the agreement." Trump added, "Even without an agreement, the U.S. would still obtain it. But I don't think we need to do that." (Dongxin News Agency)
