This move comes at a time when the Ethereum Alliance (EF) and Ethereum are undergoing continuous transformation. In addition to the significant leadership changes made to the organization last year, EF has also doubled its focus on and support for censorship resistance, open source, privacy, and security (or CROPs). Previously, Tomasz K. Sta ń czak stepped down at the end of February after serving as a co executive director of the Ethereum Foundation for less than a year. \Stark joined EF in 2019, initially working in a special project team and later promoted to a leadership position, working alongside EF President Ayane Miyaguchi and Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin. He also collaborates with co executive directors Hsiao Wei Wang and Bastian Aue, as well as other senior executives.
