If it’s sanctions rather than military escalation, the market will view it as a 'controllable escalation' in the short term, so the trend hasn’t spiraled out of control. And as of now, we haven’t seen any corresponding actions from Iran today, which has further boosted market confidence. As long as negotiations are still possible, the probability of reaching a conditional compromise increases significantly.
