The internet achieved a level 0 abstraction (also called no abstraction) in peer-to-peer organizational structures. Bitcoin achieved a level 1 abstraction (abstraction within consensus rule calculations of the longest chain) in peer-to-peer organizational structures. Next, we can work on achieving level 2, 3, 4, 5... and so on in organizational structure operations.
