This morning, I arrived at the Arusha International Conference Centre to join fellow leaders for the 25th Ordinary Summit of the East African Community Heads of State. We shall begin with a closed-door session to review the progress of our regional programmes and discuss the next steps in strengthening cooperation among the partner states for the prosperity of our people.(Yoweri K Museveni)
