Looking at the overall tariff results right now, the 15% tariff under Section 122 is about one percentage point lower compared to the previous IEEPA tariffs. Previously, IEEPA was roughly around 10%, while the current Section 122 is about 9%, so there’s a slight improvement in the overall tariffs.
