Roundhill tried to get a 4x SPY ETF through and the SEC said, nice try, but nope. Maybe this will finally stop the >2x filings which have been reborn after they were told no the first time but knowing ETF industry prob not. h/t @Todd_Sohn (Eric Balchunas)
