This acquisition will enable DeFiLlama to offer more detailed valuation data for private crypto companies, complementing its existing startup funding data. Bulletin was founded in 2023 by NEAR Foundation Chief of Staff David Mirzadeh, with the aim of connecting buyers and sellers of private company equity and tokens. It has gradually developed into a public database aggregating quotes and trades from multiple OTC brokers.
