However, any behavior that might involve issuing new tokens means it’s all enemies and no friends. The old community will become complete enemies, and the product users’ interests will be irrelevant—they won’t offer any support. Palm down, wealth disperses/people gather. Palm up, wealth is uncertain/people turn hostile. Isn’t the choice clear at this point?
