Today, together with Maama and the NRM leadership, I began my first rally in Rwampara. I was glad to return to Bujaga after 68 years. I last passed here in 1957 on foot to watch football, and again during the struggles of 1979 and 1985. Those wars ended, and today Uganda is in peace. On development, we have worked on the Rwampara road and opened routes toward Isingiro. All sub-counties now have electricity. We shall upgrade the Buteraniro–Bugamba–Rwoho–Bukoni–Kitwe road and the Ruti–Mwizi–Kikagate road. Irrigation will be implemented, so do not destroy the swamps. On health, every sub-county now has a Health Centre III or IV; what remains is upgrading one HC IV into a district hospital.(Yoweri K Museveni)
