The Parable of the Chain and the Holders
There was once a great digital realm, built not of stone or soil, but of code —
a vast open network called the Chain.
On this Chain, countless builders worked day and night.
They created new markets, new tools, and new art.
Every season brought progress — faster rails, deeper liquidity, smarter contracts.
By every measure, the realm was thriving.
And yet… the Token of the Chain, the measure of all value there, refused to rise.
Everything looked great — except the price.
In the quiet, the old whales — rich from past cycles — began to sell.
Not out of doubt, but fear.
They remembered the old four-year rhythm, and thought the song was ending.
Their selling dragged the price down.
And when others saw the chart, they grew afraid too.
Fear spread like a virus — each seller teaching the next to doubt.
And so, in a booming world, prices sank.
Because the Holders forgot their own strength.
Yet beneath the surface, the Chain continued to hum.
And when fear finally exhausted itself,
the Token rose again — not because the Chain had changed,
but from confidence returned.(Alex Krüger)
