Today I stood at the heart of Kingston’s port to break ground on the Westlands Expansion Project, a major step forward in our mission to build a resilient economy that delivers for the Jamaican people. We are expanding Jamaica’s capacity to compete globally while creating real and lasting benefits here at home.
