According to BlockBeats, on June 18th, the founder of ai16z posted on Farcaster stating, "X contacted me and said we violated certain terms of service, such as selling data or bypassing API keys to sell certain content, but we have never done these things, and we do not do them now or in the future. They directly showed me the link to my open source code as a reason to delete our account. Most of that code was not written by me, it was pieced together from other open-source projects. X said that if we pay a monthly enterprise authorization fee of $50000, we can no longer pursue it. And now we only spend $1000 per month on yellow certification, and another $200 per month on developer licenses. This is blatant extortion, unreasonable, and should not exist legally. I don't want to be a part of this system - it goes against everything I insist on. I am considering whether to take this matter to court. '' Previously reported, ElizaOS's official X account @ ElizaOS and its founder Shaw account @ shawmakesmagic have both been frozen.
