The Clarity Act may be done in the Senate, but the House is still taking up crypto legislation today. At 10AM ET @WaysandMeansGOP will mark up its crypto tax bill. At the same time, @FinancialCmte will begin marking up a handful of bills, including the House’s Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill, introduced by @RepNickBegich earlier this year.
